Identify which sensor/fan the code corresponds to; test it (open/short); replace sensor or fan motor if needed
H6
Jumper cap / Protective module / safety or limit switch
According to the AC manual I saw, H6 was “jumper cap malfunction protection” (something like a protection due to wrong configuration or hardware jumper cap issue)
Check hardware jumpers (if any) inside unit; check wiring harness to see if a jumper or cover is missing; call service if it’s internal module issue
P1 / P01
Pressure / Compressor or Refrigerant related
High pressure or low pressure in refrigerant cycle; issue in compressor protection; possibly clogged filter, refrigerant leak or overcharge
Check refrigerant levels; inspect filters & valves; get technician to verify pressures, replace or repair affected components
E1, E2, E3
Sensor issues / Temperature sensors open / short or misread
Indoor/Outdoor sensor open‐circuit, shorted sensor, wiring loose or corroded
Inspect respective sensors (ambient / tube), check their connections; replace sensor if reading out of range

F16
Drum lock position sensor fault (in some top loading or specific machines)
Position sensor not detecting drum lock; sensor misaligned or failed
Inspect drum lock position sensor and its wiring; realign or replace sensor
F12
Electronic control fault
Main control not functioning; board error; power supply issue
Reset power; inspect control board and input voltage; replace if necessary
F05
Waste pipe blockage or pump issue
Blocked pump or filter; hose clogged; pump failure
Clear blockages; clean or replace pump/filter; check hoses
F15
Heater control fault (washer-dryers/heat control)
Heating control circuit failing; heater or relay problem
Inspect heating relay/fuse; test heater; replace faulty components
Freezer
DF
Defrost Failure
Defrost heater, thermostat or timer failed; defrost sensor stuck; ice build-up preventing proper defrost
Inspect heater & defrost thermostat; test timer; clear ice; replace defective parts; refer to service manual
E5
Freezer defrost sensor fault
Similar issues in freezer section; heater, timer or sensor failure
Inspect all defrost parts; test continuity; replace sensor/heater as needed
E0
Ice maker fault (if fitted)
Ice maker module failed; water supply blocked; ice maker motor issue
Check if ice maker has power; inspect water line; clean or thaw blockages; replace ice maker module if defective
E4
Fridge defrost sensor fault
Fridge section defrost circuit failure; worn or open sensor; thermostat issue
Same kind of checks: sensor, thermostat, wiring; replace defective component
Ice Maker
E3
Defrost sensor fault
Defrost sensor failed; wiring open/short; sensor drift causing false reading
Test sensor, check wiring insulation, replace sensor
E1
Refrigerator temperature sensor fault
Sensor disconnected or damaged; wiring failure; sensor out of spec
Test sensor continuity, check connections, replace sensor if defective
EE
Ice maker circuit fault (if fitted)
Electrical fault in ice maker’s control circuit; bad wiring or component failure
Check wiring, inspect ice maker circuitry, call service if faulty control board or module
E2
Freezer temperature sensor fault
Same as E1 but in freezer compartment; possible fan failure impacting temp readings
Inspect sensor and wiring, ensure fan works, replace parts if needed
Microwave
ERR3
Key error (button pressed > 1 min)
Stuck keypad button, faulty membrane switch, control board issue
Clean keypad, check stuck buttons, replace keypad membrane or control board
ERR9
Option not set
Configuration data missing, initialization error
Enter service mode to set options, reset appliance, service if persists
