Price Match Guarantee

At Genuine Replacement Parts, we are committed to offering our customers exceptional value on 100% original OEM replacement parts. Our Price Match Guarantee reflects our dedication to fair pricing, transparency, and superior customer service. If you find an identical OEM part offered at a lower price by a qualifying U.S. retailer, we will do our best to match it.

This policy is available exclusively to customers located in the United States.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a price match, all of the following criteria must be met:

1. Exact Product Match

• The item must be an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part with the same brand, model/part number, and specifications.
• Alternate models, aftermarket products, or variations are not eligible.

2. Authorized U.S. Retailers Only

We will match prices from reputable, U.S.-based retailers that specialize in OEM parts. We do not accept prices from the following sources:

• Online marketplaces such as eBay, Craigslist, or peer-to-peer platforms
• Third-party sellers on Amazon or similar marketplaces
• Flash sales, auctions, liquidation, or clearance sites
• Unauthorized or unverified sellers

3. New, Factory-Sealed Products

• The item must be brand new, unopened, and factory-sealed.
• Refurbished, used, open-box, clearance, or damaged products are excluded from this policy.

4. Verifiable Public Pricing

• The competitor’s price must be publicly available and reflect the full cost, including shipping and handling.
• We do not accept screenshots, expired listings, or private quotes as valid proof of pricing.

5. In-Stock and Available for Immediate Purchase
The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and shipment at the time of review.

How to Submit a Price Match Request

• If you find a lower eligible price on an identical OEM part from a qualifying retailer, just navigate to the product page on our website. Right next to the price, you’ll see a “Price Match” button. Click that button to open our Price Match Request Form. Fill out the form and include a link to the competitor’s product, along with the other required details. Our team will review the request based on our Price Match Policy and determine whether it qualifies. If it does, we’ll approve the match; if not, we’ll explain why it didn’t meet the criteria. You’ll hear from us via email once the review is complete.

Complete the Online Request Form
Submit the Price Match Request Form with the following information:

• Your full name and contact details
• The lower price you found
• A direct link to the competitor’s product page

We’ll Review Your Request

• Our Customer Support Team will verify the product details, pricing, stock status, and the legitimacy of the competing retailer.

Receive a Response via Email

• Once reviewed, we will contact you via email with a decision. If approved, we will provide instructions to complete your purchase at the adjusted price or with a custom offer.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Only the original purchaser may submit a price match request.
• Requests must be for personal use; bulk or resale orders may not be eligible.
• All decisions made by our review team are final.
• Price match requests must be submitted through the official online form. We are unable to process requests via phone, email, or live chat.
• We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet the stated criteria or appears to be fraudulent or abusive.
